KIDS MINISTRY DIRECTOR

 The Kids Ministry Director role is 15 -20 hours a week which includes Sunday mornings.  This role includes using and adapting curriculum for kids ages 3-10 years old for Sunday kids church, as well as recruiting and scheduling volunteers for nursery, Jr Kids (3-5years), and Sr Kids (gr 1-5).  As the Kids Director, you are responsible for making Kids Church a safe, welcoming, and loving environment that is engaging and age appropriate for the different rooms.  You are also responsible for training your volunteers on our Safety and Abuse policy to ensure that all volunteers are screened.

 

We are looking for someone who has a passion for working with children, high energy, creative, imaginative, and someone who loves teaching children about Jesus.

 

The Kids Ministry director will be a passionate follower of the Lord Jesus Christ and fully adhere to the MB (Mennonite Brethren) statement of faith.

 

As we anticipate this ministry growing substantially in the fall, the Kid’s Ministry director will be expected to regularly connect with families and fully participate at a staff level with all. our team
